Wrestling Dummy is filled with clean clothing offcuts by hand ,to counterweight with sand core fill in the leg and chest.Keep the long arms wrapped or stretched out in front of it . It is easy for grasping, raising, wrestling. XPE foam liner and fabric padding offer extra resilient performance. The nylon strap to be sewn on the shoulder side and the front and the back of the head can hung the dummy as punchbag.
